Generator units data center.

The contract concerns the supply and installation / installation of the emergency power supply (DRUPS) in the context of the infrastructure for the establishment of the ECMWF data center in a partand of the real estate complex of the former Manifattura Tabacchi of Bologna.

At the time of submission of the offer, a provisional guarantee must be provided in addition to the commitment to present the definitive guarantee; the successful bidder must provide the final guarantee and insurance policies, all in the manner provided for in the Tender Guidelines. Pena exclusion from the tender as elements-of the offer, each competitor (sole proprietorship / Temporary Grouping of Companies - RTI - / consortium) must satisfy, also in accordance with the provisions of the tender regulations, the following conditions:

a) registration for activities concerning the services tender in the Register of Companies or in one of the professional or commercial registers of the State of residence if this is the casea of an EU state, in accordance with the provisions of art. 83 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

b) there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016
