Pilot actions to research mobility, dynamics and diagnosis of local labor market (UAE) needs inWestern Athens, within the framework of the UAE National System.

The project concerns pilot actions, focusing on mobility surveys, local labor market dynamics and combined diagnostics. the needs of the local labor market (IAEA) in West Athens, using tools and methods, within the framework of the project

In the context of the projectand in terms of job offer by job seekers, emphasis is placed on the profile of the unemployed (coming from vulnerable groups) and the simulation of the profile of structural unemployment in West Athens, taking into account spatial, social and sociological stratigraphic elements. surveys of these categories will constitute, for corresponding surveys nationwideon a scale, in co-operation with the IAEA National Mechanism, and their results will also be used in the design and implementation of Action 9.1.ASAP.3 training cycles. surveys, focusing on mobility surveys, local labor market dynamics and a combined diagnosis of local labor market needsin Athens, using tools and methods, within the framework.

Specifically, it is foreseen to design and conduct field research, data processing and writing eighteen (18) experts surveys (9 discrete basic surveys and up to 9 complementary ones, which will be updated to the potential ones and potentially).

9 basic / specific surveys will havebelow indicative themes:

1) disruptive innovation-specific research related to smart cities and the impact on unemployed or new skills



3) special research on the exploitation of experiential experience and reputation economy (reputat

4) Specific research on the exploitation of e-commerce and IoT on unemployed or new skills

5) Specific research on the exploitation of sharing economy and peer-to-peer activities, and the impact on the skills of the unemployed or on new specialties.agricultural and cultural industries.

7) specific research on the exploitation of modern on-line marketing activities and internet analytics applications etc.

8) specific research on digitalization on the labor market the impact on unemployed or new skills.

9) special employment research with non-dependent employment status (p.eg self-employed, multiple job holders, temporary workers, etc.), employment, etc., which are part of the so-called (gig economy) and the impact on unemployed skills or new specialties.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract, they are required to engage in activity relevant to the subject of the contract.economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional registries kept in their country of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412/2016 . Where economic operators are required to have a specific approval or to be a member of a specific organizationin order to be able to provide the relevant service in their country of origin, the contracting authority may require them to prove that they have such approval or to be a member of that organization or to invite them to make a sworn statement to a notary public, on practicing this profession.

In the case of economic operators established in the State -member of the European Economic Area (EEA) or third countries which have acceded to the SDS. or to third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in the respective professional registers.

Economic operators established in GREECEThey must be registered in their respective professional register, if required by applicable law, for the service to be assigned.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this must:

Have an average annual turnover of three (3) closed last financial years (2016 - 2018) or the financial years in whichthe economic operator is active, if less than 3 in total, greater than 150% of the budget herein.

If the economic operator is an association of natural or legal persons or a consortium, the economic and financial adequacy required in accordance with this Article, may also be cumulatively obtained by all members of the consortium or association
