Specialized support services of an organizational, managerial and legal nature, as follows:

The participation of the subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 with the procedures referred to in Articles 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 on the following conditions:

a) the general requirements are indicated in paragraph 6 of the Competition Regulations;

b) the eligibility requirements are those indicated in paragraph 7.1 of the Competition Regulations.are indicated in paragraph 7.2 of the Tender Guidelines. Each operator elects domicile, also pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, in the area of the system dedicated to it and the certified e-mail address indicated in the application form.

As clarified in the tender regulations, the operators will be asked to produce for each lot:

i) warranty preassurance pursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, whose quantification is indicated in the tender documentation;

ii) final guarantee pursuant to art. 103 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

iii) insurance policy.

The unitary basis of auction subject to discount, are indicated in the tender documentation, for each lot.

The tender will be awarded on the basis of the economically mostu advantageous on the basis of the best value for money.

Subcontracting is permitted within the limits and with the methods indicated in the Legislative Decree n. 50/2016 and in the Disciplinary.

The present competition will take place through the computer system on which the data will be inserted.
