The contract provides for the activation of insurance coverage in relation to the exercise of a Reclamation Consortium Public Entity
Main Site: Municipality of Oristano (OR) in addition to the Municipalities included in the Consorzio Reclamation Area.
The contract involves the activation of axes coveragecurative in relation to the exercise of the Consortium for the Reclamation of Public Entities - which, in the context and with the forms and methods of the provisions of the law, exercises all the institutional activities, competences and functions provided, both for its own statutory autonomy and podesta regulation, as for attribution, delegation or transfer of the State or Region.
Conclusion of a policy ainsurance for civil liability for damage caused to third parties due to the company or the employees of the Consortium. Contributing Consortium Companies and for damage caused to employees of the Consortium itself, covered by mandatory insurance against accidents at work, INAIL and ENPAIA subjects are also considered third parties.
