The subject of this call is the liability insurance for the damage caused by another physicalym and the legal persons on matters and health related to the provision of transport services in passenger transport on the railways in foreign and international transportation., Ukraine, Poland, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria and Montenegro

Required Scope of Insurance: Zodpthe liability of the insured person for damages arising out of the provisions of Sections 427 to 431 and Sections 763 to 773 of the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the "Trademarks") and EC Regulation no. No 1371/2007 and also to the following damages: - Health or luggage of persons transported together with them or in matters which he / she has with himself / herself, is responsible for his / her insurance under the provisions on liability for damage caused by the means of transport (-- 427 to 431 of the Civil Code), luggage and motor vehicles transported separately from travelers are covered by insurances under the provisions on liability in cargo transport (Sections 765 to 771 of the Civil Code), damage caused to third persons who have been caused by pollution caused by insured persons by means of transport - 427 OZ). Liability insurance also covers damages for which the insured respondsin the course of their proceedings or relationship, and which occurred during the period of insurance. The insurance period is 24 months from 1.1.2019 to 31.12.2020. Maturity of insurance: in quarterly installments based on issued invoices. General Liability Insurance

A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is given in Section B.1 of the tender documentation.

With regard to Section 38 2 of the Public Procurement Actthe employer has not specified in this contract the conditions for the participation in the personal status or the conditions for participation in the financial and economic status, nor the conditions for participation regarding technical competence or professional competence. VI.3.1) Public procurement is carried out through a public tender procedure pursuant to Article 91 with - 66 par. 7 VI.3.2) The notice involves A public contractare unrestricted and direct access by electronic means to the substrates and to any additional substrates. VI.3.3) The Procurer shall provide the documents necessary for the preparation of the offer in the editable on the basis of a written request to the contact person referred to in point 1, part A.1. Guidelines for applicants for-VI.3 4) The request for clarification of the terms and conditions stated in this notice, the tender documents and other accompanying documents shall be considered as a deadline before 31.10.2018 in order to allow the contracting authority sufficient time to provide a qualified explanation to all interested parties at least 6 days before the expiry of the deadline for the submission of tenders. VI.3.5) Communication and exchange of informationbetween the Contracting Authority and the Applicants / Entities will take place until October 18, 2018 according to - 187 par. 8 VI.3.6) For electronic communication from October 19, 2018, the contracting authority shall electronically use the URAD system for public procurement of the so- IS EVO.

VI.3.8 ) The successful candidate is required to submit in pre-written form beforeby letter of the Contract, but not later than within the time limit specified in the invitation to provide a proper list of all known subcontractors, 1 VI.3.9) The contracting entity, in accordance with - 11 of the Public Procurement Act, may not enter into a contract with the applicant who is obliged to register with the public sector partners (according to Act No 315/2016 Z. z. Public Registry Partners and Amendments to Certain Laws) and are not entered in the register of public sector partners or subcontractors or subcontractors under a separate regulation who are required to register with the public sector partners and are not entered in the register of public sector partners
