Civil liability and associated risks

The particular clauses relating to each batch includes:

1) a basic solution, all guarantees must be tarifed under pain of rejection of the offer for irregularity, (2) special provisions which the candidate must accept or amend by means of a note of reservation. The note of reservations must obligatorto be joined unless the applicant fully accepts the provisions of the particular clauses. It will be taken into account in the judgment of the offer. The total rejection of the particular clauses (or its substitution by the General Conditions of the insurer), the inversion of the hierarchy of the texts or the formulation of significant reservations by modifying the principlesmain characteristics of their number or importance will lead to the rejection of the offer for irregularity;

3) variant imposed / additional service at the initiative of the contracting authority:

- variant imposed constituting an alternative to the basic solution,

- provision in addition to the basic solution or alternative alternative chosen.

4) the free variants (at the initiaticandidates) are not allowed. in the case of a negotiated procedure, the consultation file is accessible to all candidates for information only under stage 1. At the end of the first stage, the consultation file will be sent to the candidates whose application has been previously accepted by the contracting authority. The buyer reserves the right to supplynot later than 6 working days before the deadline fixed for the submission of tenders, detailed modifications to the consultation file. The candidates will then have to answer on the basis of the file modified without being able to raise any claim on this subject. If, during the study of the file by the candidates, the deadline fixed for the submission of the tenders is postponed, the preceding disposition ist applicable according to this new date.
