This contract is for the supply of gas to the dependent supply points of Liege Airport.

- the candidate / tenderer can not be foundin one of the exclusion cases referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016, - the candidate or tenderer produces the DUME to demonstrate that he fulfills the conditions set out above. In any event, Liege Airport SA reserves the right to claim from the candidate / tenderer the evidence provided by the Royal Decree of 18 April 2017 to verify compliance withIf the candidate / tenderer is in one of the above-mentioned cases of exclusion, the candidate / tenderer may submit the corrective measures provided for in Article 70 of the Public Procurement Act. In this case, it must indicate the corrective measures taken.

The candidate or tenderer produces the DUME to demonstrate that he fulfills the conditionsions stated below. In any event, Liege Airport SA reserves the right to claim from the candidate / tenderer the means of evidence stated by the Royal Decree of 18 April 2017 to verify the conformity of the declaration of the latter and for this reason:

The candidate / tenderer produces:

- proof that the applicant holds a supply license issued by the competent authorities in Walloniaie, - a document proving that the applicant has signed an access agreement to the distribution network or a declaration of honor by certifying,

- a certificate issued by a recognized financial institution established in the European Union, drawn up for the purposes of this contract, from which it follows that the candidate has the economic capacity to carry out the present contract.e submission of applications: 21.1.2019 at 12:00 (day and hour of rigor).

The DUME, requests to participate and tenders must be deposited, signed and transmitted electronically on the e-Tendering website ( https://eten.publicprocurement.be).

Concerning the DUME, it is annexed to the special specifications and the candidate / tenderer must complete parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6; concerIn Part 4 (selection criteria) the applicant / tenderer is asked to answer only the question of whether he / she fulfills the selection criteria in accordance with the section.
