Supply of diesel oil to Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej in Konin SA

Successive supply of diesel oil in the amount of approximately 1, 000, 000 liters / in words: one million liters /, estimated monthly consumption 83 333 liters to Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej in Konin SA gas station at ul. Zakładowa or ul. Poznan.

Successive supply of diesel fuel for diesel engines meeting the requirements of:

a) Act of 25.8.2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 427 as amended); Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9/10/2015on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015.1680, as amended, - 1 item 3 together with Annex No. 3 to the Regulation);

b) Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 25.3.2010 on methods of testing of the quality of liquid fuels (i.e. OJ 2017. 247);

c) quality standard PN - EN 590 A1: 2017 test requirements and methods;

d) in the event of changes in regulations or standards, the fuel offered mustcomply with the provisions and standards amended during the delivery;

e) diesel oil with appropriate low-temperature properties should be supplied during the transitional and winter periods, the reference point will be the cloud point and the blocking temperature of the fuel filter.

The supplier shall attach a quality certificate to each delivered batch of fuel.

The diesel fuel supplied may be randomly subjectedqualitative testing by an authorized laboratory at the expense of the supplier no more than twice a month. All parameters included in Annex 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws 2015.1680) will be analyzed.

1) financial statements, and if it is audited by an auditor in accordance with accounting regulations, also with the audit report, and in the case of contractors not required to prepare financial statements, other documents specifying the turnover and liabilities and liabilities for the period longer than last 2 years turnovere, and if the period of business is shorter for that period;

2) information of the bank or cooperative savings and credit union in which the contractor has an account confirming the amount of financial resources or creditworthiness of the Contractor issued not earlier than 1 month before the expiry of the deadline submitting bids;

3) policy paid, and in the absence of it, othersdocument confirming that the contractor is insured against civil liability in the scope of conducted activities related to the subject of the contract for a guarantee sum of not less than PLN 1, 000, 000.
