This consultation is conducted within the framework of a group of orders composed of the department of Ille et Vilaine, the rule of transports Illevia and SDIS 35 pursuant to the 16.4.2012 order grouping agreement signed between the department of Ille et Vilaine, the departmental fire and rescue department of Ille et Vilaine and the Illevia transport authority.
The tender procedure used is the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles 25-I.1 and 67 to 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of03/25/2016. The framework agreement without minimum or maximum is passed pursuant to Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. It will be awarded to a maximum of 5 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year. The Framework Agreement shall take effect from 18.9.2019 or at the latest from the date of notificationof the contract. The contract will end on 31.8.2023. - Declaration on honor to justify that the candidate does not enter into any case of prohibition to tender,
- information on compliance with the obligation of use mentioned in Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code,
- copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership.
The application is presentee either in the form of forms DC1 and DC2 (freely available on the website www.economie.gouv.fr) or in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME).
