Provision of detection, geo-referencing and reporting in mapping of gas networks & provision of reporting of gas connections in mapping

The services entrusted to the company consist in carrying out, within the defined scope of intervention by GRDF:

Main Site: Paris (75) and Ile-de-France Ouest (departments 78, 92 and 95).

The services entrustedto the company consist in carrying out, within the scope of intervention defined by GRDF:

- the detection of gas networks according to the most suitable method to reach a precision class of networks in A;

- the detection of points detected by geo-referencing or quotations;

- the mapping of the networks detected on the plans provided by GRDF;

- less activity, detection and quotations pfor certain gas connections;

- less activity, geo-referencing control or geo-referencing of a GRDF plan.

- the power (s) empowering the signatory to hire the individual candidate or each member of the group ;

- professional civil liability insurance covering professional activities related to the subject of the contract;

- a declaration duly dated and ifcandidate`s reason to justify:

—— that he does not in any of the cases mentioned in articles a L. 2141-1 a L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-7 a L. 2141-11 of the code of public order (document available on http://www.legifrance.gouv.fr);

—— that it is in good standing with regard to articles L. 5212-1 and L. 5212-11 of the labor code concerning employment of disabled workers (document available at http: //www.legifrance.gouv.fr);

—— the documents provided for in articles D. 8222-5 or D. 8222-7 and D. 8222-8 of the labor code;

—— extract Kbis, or extract from the register of trade and companies of less than three months;

- for the foreign candidates:

—— document certifying the inscription in a professional register or estimate or advertising document or professional mail, mentioning the denomination sociale, the full address and the nature of registration in the professional register or a document attesting to the current registration request;

—— document mentioning the VAT identification number or the identity and address or, the contact details of the tax representative in France;

—— the attestations and certificates issued by the authorities and competent bodies proving that the candidate hasmeets its social and fiscal obligations (A ministerial decree fixes the list of administrations and competent organizations as well as the list of taxes and social contributions to give rise to the issue of certificates);

—— the candidate established abroad produces a certificate established by the administrations and organizations of its country of origin or establishment;

—— DC1 and DC2 providess and signs.

The 70 selected candidates will be invited to participate in the upcoming consultation.

The contracts will be awarded by selecting the best bidders in light of a financial offer and a technical offer judged on a dissertation technical and on the realization of a test site.
