The economic and financial capacity requirements referred to in Article 10, paragraph 5, of the regulation on the competition criteria, for an average annual turnover in the three years preceding the publication of the call for EUR 4 420 342 or to hold financial guarantees from two prthe same number of credit institutions that the company has faced its commitments in the last 3 years preceding the publication of the tender and that it has the possibility to access a credit whose value will be explained in the letter of invitation
