Comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol of the group E

The subject of the order is a comprehensive delivery of high-methane gas with the symbol of group E, hereinafter referred to as "gas", according to requirements of the ordering party specified in SIWZ,

Main Site: 32-083 Balice, Medweckiego 10, POLAND

1.a complex delivery of high-methane natural gas with the symbol of group E, in accordance with the requirements of the ordering party specified in the Terms of Reference, within the time limit: commencement of 1.1.2019,

Completion to December 31, 2020

2. High-methane natural gas with the symbol of group E, being the subject of the order, must meet the quality standards appropriate for the gas of this group, specified in Chapter 8 "Quality parametersfuels, quality standards for services, recipients and the manner of settling complaints "(-38 44) Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 2.7.2010 on specific conditions for the operation of the gas system (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1158 ) and the Act of 10.4.1995 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 755) and executive acts issued on the basis thereof.

3.the gas parameters of the facility are presented in appendix No. 2 to the ToR.

4. The scope of the order includes gas supply in accordance with the applicable law, in particular on the conditions set out in the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 755) together with executive provisions.

This condition will be considered as fulfilled, if the contractor shows that he has:

1. current endfor conducting business in the field of natural gas trading, issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office - in order to test the fulfillment of this condition, the contracting authority will call the contractor whose offer has been assessed as the most advantageous to present the document indicated in point VI. A, item 2.5 SIWZ;

2. current business license in the field of distributionnatural gas, issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in the case of contractors being the Operator of the Distribution System - in order to test the fulfillment of this condition, the contracting party will call the contractor whose offer has been assessed as the most advantageous to present the document indicated in point VI. A, item 2.6 SIWZ;

or

3. a contract with the Distribution System Operator for the provision ofdistribution centers in the area where the place of natural gas reception is located in the case of contractors not being the owners of the distribution network - in order to test the fulfillment of this condition, the contracting party will call the contractor whose offer was assessed as the most advantageous to present the document indicated in point VI. A, item 2.7 SIWZ

The ordering party does not set a specific conditionin this respect - the Contractor joining the tender is obliged to submit a bid bond before the deadline for submission of offers, i.e. until 30/10/2018 until 10.00. In the case of submitting an offer for the entire scope of the order, the contractor is obliged to submit a bid bond in the amount of PLN 52, 000.00 (in words: fifty-two thousand PLN 00/100).

The Purchaser informs that due to the possibility ofplacing partial offers, the amount of bid bond, which the contractor is obliged to pay for individual tasks, are set out below: - For task 1 - Comprehensive supply of high-methane gas with the symbol of group E for installation in the 8th Transport Aviation Base in Krak-w-Balice 32-083 Balice, street Medweckiego 10, POLAND - 50, 000.00 PLN

For task No. 2 - Comprehensive supply of gas fromhigh-metered emitter with the symbol of group E for installation in the building of Wojskowa Ref. Headquarters Nowy Targ 34-400 Nowy Targ, os. Bor 10, POLAND - PLN 1, 000.00

For task No. 3 - Comprehensive supply of high-methane gas with the symbol of group E for installation in the building of Wojskowa Komenda Uzupełnień Oświęcim 32-600 Oświęcim, ul. Orzeszkowa 9, POLAND - PLN 1, 000.00
