The acquisition of games, toys for children under 13 years of age from the staff of the founding administrations of the Agospap and its establishments established for the tree of Christmas 2019

Acquisition of games and toys for children under 3 years. Lots 1 to 15 form 15 lots identiques. Each game / toy selected will be 1 lot.

Each bidder will be required to produce a complete file including the following pieces, dated and signed by him:

1) a letter of application: the FORM DC1 complete, or equivalent document allowing to identify the candidate or each member of the grouping if the candidate is a group of economic operators

2) a declaration on the honor stating that the candidate:

- In none of the bidding cases referred to in Articles 45 and 48 of Order No 2015-899 (if the printout DC1 is not used) is

in line with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers when it is subject to it;

3) form DC2,
