Design, manufacture and delivery of seats for museographic rooms

The purpose of the contract is the design, manufacture and delivery of original furniture and exclusive for the public rooms of the Louvre Museum. These pieces of furniture are intended to replace part of the existing furniture, some seatshistorical or indissociable palatial decors and museographic developments being preserved. In this context, the proposed project will have to mark a new milestone in the history of furniture at the Louvre Museum and contribute to a general homogenization, while meeting the current requirements in terms of ergonomics, hygiene, durability and quality. ecology. The service concerns the supplyure of 3 types of furniture:

Design, manufacture and delivery of seats for the museographic rooms - phase applications.

- DC1 (letter of application and pardon of the agent by his co-contractors), duly complete,

- DC2 (statement of the candidate), duly complete (to be provided by each member of the group).

Procedure: this notice is a call for applications. The contract is awarded according to a competitive procedure with negotiation in application of articles 25-II-3 and 71 to 73 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets (DMP). This procedure takes place in two phases:

- phase 1 relating to the selection of applications (whichis the subject of this call for applications),

- phase 2 relating to tenders. Procedures for the procedure are detailed in the consultation rules.

Grouping of companies: the candidates can present themselves alone or in joint group or solidarity, being understood that the grouping must be constituted of the phase applications. Companies will not be able topresent both as individual candidates and members of a group. It is required that the agent of the group is the designer.

Presentation of applications: the candidates have to submit a complete file including all the documents listed in the regulation of consultation. The procedures for the submission of applications are specified in the consultation rules.

Forme market: the market will be mixed, it will include a lump sum and a part to order (see regulation of consultation). Minimum requirements - options - variants: the minimum requirements will be detailed in the specifications in phase 2 of the consultation. The specification will also specify whether the market contains variants or options.

Prototype and premium in phase 2: it sera asks for the delivery of a prototype to the selected candidates. In return for the delivery of the prototype, the unsuccessful candidates at the end of phase 2 will receive a bonus of up to EUR 10, 000 (including tax).

Provisional calendar of the procedure:

- selection of candidates: end of February 2019,

- sending consultation files to the selected candidates: early March 2019,

- submission of tenders and prototypes: end of June 2019,

- negotiations: September 2019,

- notification of the market: November 2019,

- development of the models and launch of the production: 1 semester 2020,

- 1 deliveries in the rooms: 2 semester 2020.
