Contract for the supply of furniture and equipment for the Iactec and Nanotec buildings of the Scientific Pole and Tecnologico de La Laguna.

Main Site: Gomero Home, Guajara campus, San Cristobal de La Laguna.

The supplyor includes, by way of example and not limitation, the transportation, distribution, assembly, installation and commissioning, if necessary, of the goods object of this contract, in accordance with the destinations specified in this document.

It also includes the execution of the necessary technical facilities (electricity, plumbing, compressed air, etc.) from the ingeneral plantings up to the points of use, including, without limitation or exclusion, all those auxiliary operations that are required for the execution of the contract.

9.1) Documents proving the capacity to act:

1) The documents to be submitted for Spanish individuals and legal persons will be:

a) If the entrepreneur is a natural person: National Document ofIdentity or the one that, in its case, replaces it by regulation, together with the rest of the identification and contact details, as well as the Registration in the Tax on Economic Activities in the epigraph corresponding to the object of the contract; b) If the company outside legal entity: The following should be presented:

- Declaration of the shareholding composition as well as the data relating to the seat-social, telephone, fax, electronic address, etc., which should be accompanied by the relationship of the different partners in function of the different classes of actions, if any,

- Public deed of constitution and / or modification, where appropriate, with Proof of its registration in the Commercial Registry, when this requirement was enforceable according to the applicable mercantile legislation; yesnot required, deed or document of constitution, modification, statute or founding act in which the rules by which their activity is regulated, inscribed, where appropriate, in the corresponding Official Register,

- In the event that appear or sign the proposals in the name of another legal person: Power enough to the effect, as well as DNI, or document that regulatesI will replace him, of the proxy. If the representative is a legal entity, the power of attorney must be duly registered in the Mercantile Registry, except in the case provided for in article 94.1.5 of the Mercantile Registry Regulations; c) Certified copy of the Number Card or Code of Conduct. Tax Identification;

d) Responsible statement of relationship of companies related to the offerYou, in accordance with the Annex to these Terms and Conditions;

e) Responsible statement issued before an administrative authority, notary public or qualified professional body not to be prohibited from contracting, in accordance with the LCSP. This declaration will include the manifestation of being up-to-date in complying with the tax and Social Security obligations imposed by thethe current provisions, notwithstanding that the supporting justification for such a requirement must be submitted before the final award by the company in whose favor this will be done, in accordance with the Annex to these specifications; f) Responsible statement, in case to be awarded, of compliance with the obligation to have employees during the term of the contract, -at least two percent (2%) of workers with disabilities if the company's staff reaches a number of 50 or more workers, in accordance with article 38.1 of Law 13/1982, of April 7, of Social Integration of Disabled Persons or, as the case may be, the obligation to adopt the alternative measures developed by regulation by Royal Decree 27/2000, of 14 January, of conformidad with the Annex of the present document;

g) Responsible statement, to elaborate and to apply an equality plan, as it is established in the article 45 of Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for the effective equality of women and men, in accordance with the Annex to the present document whenever they are in any of the following circumstances:

- Have more than 250 workers,

- CWhen so established by the collective agreement applicable to it,

- When the labor authority has agreed as a measure to replace the sanction in a sanctioning procedure,

- The presentation of the corporate seal on equality exempts the bidder from the contribution of said declaration;

h) In the case of being exempt from obligations: both in social matters and inn IG.
