The subject of this public procurement is the continuous supply of disinfectants listed in Annex 1 of the original documentation to the contracting authority: Vančurova 1548, Kladno 272 59, CZECH REPUBLIC. The detailed specification of the subject is fulfilled, including the presumed extent, fulfilled for the duration of the contract, is given in PriloNo. 1 Documentation.

The detailed specification of the subject is fulfilled, including the assumed scope, for the duration of the contractin Procurement No. 1 Documentation.

Proof of professional competence can be submitted by a participant to the declaration of professional competence, which is present in the second part of this Call, signed by the person entitled to represent it. The participant may present in his / her offer copies of the documents required below to meet this qualification (the document must not be older than 3 calendar months).a party to whom a block agreement has been concluded after the conclusion of a public contract is obliged, before its conclusion, to submit to the contracting authority the documents indicated below, proving his professional capacity (failure to fulfill this obligation will result in the exclusion of the entrant from the opening order):

1. Listing in the Commercial Register if it is entered in it, or a copy of another similarly to the record, if registered in it;

In soulwith the provision of Section 45 (4) of the Act, a participant may comply with the obligation to provide evidence of professional competence by reference to the corresponding information kept in the public administration information system or in a similar system maintained in another Member State which allows unlimited access. Such a link must contain the Internet address and the login and search information requiredIf such data are necessary, the record from the Commercial Register shall not be older than three months before the commencement of the opening procedure. The supplier can always replace the required documents with a single European Public Procurement Certificate.
