"Delivery of fuels and lubricants for the needs of the Municipality of Kyustendil and units of budget support, by lots"

The subject of the public procurement is delivery made through a purchase within the meaning of Article 3, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act.Item 1 covers deliveries of the following types of motor fuel: motor gasoline A 95H 10 ppm E5 7% bio, diesel motor fuel 10 ppm E5 with 6% biodiesel (Diesel B6) and propane butane brand B. Lot No 2 covers deliveries of natural gas - methane. Lot 3 covers the supply of lubricants for cars, car care cosmetics and filters.

Autoabundant A95H bio gas 7% - estimated 84, 000 liters

Diesel B6 - estimated 80, 000 liters

Propane-butane gas - estimated 113, 000 liters

The indicated estimated quantities are approximate and the contracting authority reserves the right to increase them. and / or decreases depending on specific needs.

Automobile fuels (gasoline and diesel) supplied must meett of the quality requirements according to Appendix No. 1 to Art. 6, item 1 and Annex No. 2 to Art. 6, item 2 of the Ordinance on the requirements for the quality of the liquid fuels, the conditions, the order and the way of their control, as well as all other applicable requirements of the current regulatory base in BULGARIA.

The delivered propane-butane gas must meet the BDS or equivalent standard;

Delivery Method: Byrate at the gas station / gas station column of the contractor on the territory of the municipality of Kyustendil with continuous 24-hour refueling of the vehicles of the client with fuel.

A participant who meets the conditions of Art. 10, para. 1 of the PPA and the requirements of the Client. The assignor removes from the participant the participant for which they arethe grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the PPA, the conditions under Art. 107 of the PPA, as well as the circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with the companies, registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the related persons and their real owners, the circumstances under Art. 69 of the Anti-Corruption and Anti-Corruption Actthat property. The contracting authority shall conclude with the contractor, designated by the respective special position, a written public procurement contract, in accordance with the procedure and under the conditions of Art. 112 of the PPL. Upon signing the contract, the designated contractor shall be obliged to submit documents in accordance with Art. 112, para. 1 of the PPA, as a declaration under Art. 59, para. 1, item 3 and under Art. 66, para. 2 of the Anti - Laundering Measures Actmoney (WMIP). The declaration under Art. 66, para. 2 of the LMML applies only if it is impossible to clarify the origin of the funds after the methods under Art. 66, para. 1 of the LMML or if the application of at least two of them has led to conflicting information.
