The ABG organization, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority or the client, intends to enter into three framework agreements (one (1) per plot) for the reduction of fuels. Given the geographical location of the ABG organization, the assignment is divided into three lots, namely:

Main Site: Alphen Chaam, Baarle-Nassau and Gilze en Rijen

Fuel plot 1 (indication 2017):

- Diesel (EN 590 norm): 7 582 liters

- Gasoline Euro 95: 3 919 liters

- Child labor and other forms of trafficking,

- Terrorist crimes or criminal offenses related to terrorist activities,

- Fraud,

- Corruption,

- Participation in a criminal organization,

- Payment of taxes,

- Money laundering or fraudthe financing of terrorism,

- Payment of social security contributions,

- Failure to comply with obligations in the field of labor law,

- Failure to comply with obligations in the field of environmental law,

- Failure to comply with obligations in the field of social security law,

- Registered in the professional register according to the requirements of the legislation of the country of residence
