CPV Description: Fuels - Supply of automotive fuels: A95H gasoline, A98H gasoline, diesel fuel, autogas and delivery of SEM by type for the fleet of the municipal administration in Galabovo and another. The subject matter of the order includes delivery of fuels described in the subject of the order and SML (according to the annex - nomenclature), for the fleet of the municipal administration of the town of Galabovo and a secondaryauthorizing officers. The fuel will be delivered for the cars of the Municipality of Galabovo as well as for cars acquired after the conclusion of the contract and the contracting authority shall send the contractor the written information about them. In the event of a need to use a car after the conclusion of the contract, the contractor shall cease its charging within 1 (one) workingThe main subject of the contract is delivery of fuels described in the subject matter of the order and SML (according to the annex - nomenclature), for the fleet of the Municipal Administration of the town of Galabovo, Pigeons and secondary spenders of budget credits. Fuel delivery will be done for carsof the Municipality of Galabovo, as well as for cars acquired after the conclusion of the contract, and the contracting authority shall send the contractor in writing the details of the contract. In the event of a need to use a car after the conclusion of the contract, the contractor shall cease its loading within 1 (one) working day following the written notification by the contracting authority and the submission of the data.but in the form of periodic post-delivery orders.

The types of fuels and SMLs are specified in a list - appendix.

Deadline for execution of the contract - 36 (thirty-six) months from the award of the public procurement contract. electronic type according to the instructions in eThe procedure may involve a participant who meets the requirements of Art. 10, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and the requirements of the contracting authority. The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation a participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. A participant shall be removed from participation in the public procurement, for which there are any circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6-and item 7 of the Public Procurement Act; is found in a punitive decree or court decision enacted, violation of Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 118, Art. 128, Art. 245 and Art. 301-305 of the Labor Code or similar obligations established by an act of a competent authority under the law of the State in which the applicant or participant is established; there is a conflict of intheresies that can not be removed. The grounds for optional removal in Art. 55 of the PPL in this case will apply those under para. 1, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4 and item 5 of the Public Procurement Act. Specific national grounds for exclusion under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 21 or 22 of the Law on Prevention and Establishment of Conflict of Interest under Art. 3, item 8 of the Law on the Economic and Financial Affairsthe financial relations with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners (ЗИФОДЮПРСТТЛТДС) and under Art. 6, para. 2 of the Law on Measures against Money Laundering (LMMM).

The guarantee for the performance of the contract is 2% (two per cent) of the value of the public procurement contract. The public procurement contract does not-can be implemented in stages and no partial release of the performance guarantee is applied. The Contracting Authority shall release the performance guarantee within 30 (thirty) days after the performance of the contract pursuant to Art. 72 of the RSPC and signing of a protocol for accepting the execution, except if for the contracting authority there is a ground under the contract for detention or satisfactionwarranty
