1) Bidders, third parties and subcontractors must not be found in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: EEU will be filled in by the economic operatorsbut participants in the award procedure (including potential third parties and subcontractors) with information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE are to be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up during the evaluation of the tenders.the documents will be:

- tax certificate. The tenderer of a Romanian legal person must submit scanned in SEAP certificates of fiscal attestation regarding the fulfillment of the obligations to pay the taxes, social security taxes and social security contributions to the general consolidated state budget; the standard forms issued by the competent bodies for the fulfillment of the-the payment. The certificate must certify that the bidding firm does not register with outstanding debts at the time of presentation, - a tax certificate regarding local taxes and fees. The Romanian legal entity bidder must present certificates of fiscal attestation regarding the fulfillment of the obligations to pay the taxes, the local taxes - the type forms issued by the organs will be presentedcomplaining about the fulfillment of the payment obligations. The certificate must attest that the bidding firm does not register with outstanding debts at the time of the presentation, - the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or those having the power of representation, decision or control within-, as it results from the founding certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive document.

1) The general information sheet specifying the average turnover for the last 3 years (2015, 2016, 2017) as follows: Liquid type liquid M minimum: 945, 750 RON. Echivalentuin RON the values expressed in RON will be calculated by the Romanian and foreign bidders using the average RON / EUR exchange rate communicated by the NBR for the respective year:
