Economic operators submitting a tender must prove a form ofregistration under the law of the country of residence, showing that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the establishment and that he has the professional capacity to carry out the activities covered by the contract. These documents may be:

1) certificates showing the lack of debts related to the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of the presentation;
