2.1.5 Guarantees Bid Bonds of paragraphs 2.2.2 and 4.1. issued by credit institutions operating legally in the States - members of the Union or the European Economic Area or the member parties of the GPA and have, in accordance with the applicable provisions, -this right. They can also be issued by the ETAA. - TSEMEDE or be provided with a depository and Loan Fund bill, with a deposit of the respective amount of money. 2.2.2 Participation guarantee

2.2.2.1. For the valid participation in the process of concluding this contract, it is submitted by the participating economic operators), Letter of Guarantee, amounting to € 4, 251.85 (four thousand two hundred and fifty one and eighty five minutes), insofar as the bidder participates in all the items under supply, otherwise a Letter of Participation is deposited, which amounts to in the following amounts per group:

If the tenderer submits an offer to more than one group, the letter of guarantee to be deposited will must cumulatively cover the sums of the individual groups.

In the case of a unionThe guarantee of participation must be valid for at least thirty (30) days after the expiry of the term of validity of the tender referred to in Article 2.4 .5 herein, ie until 1.4.2019 otherwise the tender is rejected. The contracting authority may, before expiry-of the tender, to ask the tenderer to extend the term of validity of the tender and of the guarantee of participation before their expiry

2.2.2.2. The participation guarantee is returned to the contractor on presentation of the performance guarantee. The guarantee is returned to the other tenderers, in accordance with the provisions of Article 72 of Law 4412/2016, 2.2.2.3. The participation guaranteeif the offeror withdraws his offer during this period of validity, provides false information or information referred to in Articles 2.2.3 to 2.2.6, fails to provide the documents provided for in this document in good time or does not come in time for signing the contract .

4.1 Guarantees (Good Execution)

Performance Guarantee

For signing the contract, in accordance with Article 72 (1) (b) of Law 4412/2016, amounting to 5% of the value of the contract, excluding VAT, and deposited before or at the time of signing the contract. The performance guarantee, in order to be accepted, must include as a minimum the conditions mentioned in paragraph 2.1.5. details of the present and additionally the number and whatof the relevant contract. Its content is in accordance with the model set out in the Annex. C of this Declaration and the provisions of Article 72 of Law 4412/2016.

The performance guarantee for the contract shall cover in full and in a non-discriminatory manner the application of all the terms of the contract and any claim by the contracting authority vis---vis the contractor. amendment of the contractthe contractor is required to provide, prior to the amendment, a supplementary guarantee amounting to 5% of the amount of the increase, excluding VAT.

The performance guarantee is forfeited in the event of a breach of the terms of the contract as it specifies.all or part of them shall be released in proportion to the value attributable to the portion of the portion of the materials finally received after the final quantitative and qualitative reception of the object of the contract. If the final qualitative and quantitative receipt protocol contains observations or there is a delayed delivery, the return of the above guarantees is made after theobservations and delays.

Funding for this contract is the Municipality of Karpenissi. The procurement cost of this contract will be charged to the following code numbers (AA) of the budgets of 2018, 2019of the value after the final receipt of the materials within a period of one (1) month from the receipt of the respective invoices.

The payment of the contract price will be made by presenting the legal documents and supporting documents provided by the provisions of Article 200 4 of Law 4412/2016, as well as any other documents that may have been requested by the competent authoritiescontrolling and paying entities

5.1.2. The Contractor shall be liable for any third-party bookings, as well as any other charge, in accordance with the applicable law, excluding VAT, for the delivery of the material at the place and in the manner specified in the contract documents. In particular, it is charged with the following deductions: (a) 0.06% booking calculated on the value of each paymentpre-tax and deduction of the original, as well as any supplementary contract to the Unified Independent Public Procurement Authority is required (article 4 of Law 4013/2011 as it stands)

(b) Reserve of 0, 02% in favor of the State, calculated on of the value, exclusive of VAT, of the original, as well as any supplementary contract. This amount shall be withheld on each payment by the contracting authority in the nameand on behalf of the Directorate-General for Public Procurement and Procurement pursuant to paragraph 6 of article 36 of Law 4412/2016.

(c) Reservation of 0.06% calculated on the value of each pre-tax and deduction of the original as well as any supplementary contract in favor of the Preliminary Appeal Authority (Article 350 (3) of Law 4412/2016).to the applicable 3% proportional stamp duty in force and to the 20% OGA contribution thereto.

Each payment will be subject to the withholding tax of 4% on the net amount provided by the applicable law

2.2.4 Suitability of a professional activity

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial or biomechanical or craft activity related to the subject of supply. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers maintained in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016 . In the pin the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries acceding to the GPA, or in third countries not covered by the preceding indent and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procedures public procurement contracts, they are required to be registered in corresponding professional or commercial registers.-The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.
