1) Bidders, third parties and subcontractors should not find themselves in the foreseeable situations toart. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: The economic operators participating in the awarding procedure (including any third parties and subcontractors) will be filled in with the information related to their situation

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed completion DUAE to be presented at-the bid of the contracting authority, only by the tenderers ranked first in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders; 2) The bidders, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations of art. 59 and 60 of Law 98 / 2016.

Presentation of the Certificate of Attorney issued by the Trade Registry Office

The economic operator must prove his / her registration as a Romanian / foreign legal entity by submitting a certificate of attorney issued by the Trade Registry Office / other documents proving a form of registrationrarely or professionally belonging to their country of origin.
