The subject of procurement is the supply of 50 pieces of new wheel loaders for loading and handling of timber and other municipal works including tax and other of the costs associated with the supply, including all transport costs to the place of delivery, removal of the overpass, trainingoperating instructions, service and maintenance instructions, service book with guaranteed conditions in the Slovak language, complete accessories for the full load of wheel loaders, full load and grease, min. 10 liters of fuel and a service inspection of 500 Mth in the range specified by the manufacturer of wheel loaders at the price of wheel loaders including material, filters, transportyou and the works mechanics.

The applicant must meet the conditions of the part mentioned in - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on the Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws (hereinafter "the Law") .They fulfill their proof by submitting documents pursuant to Section 32 (2) or Section 152 of the Act.. a) the applicant / solicitor was neither his or her statutory body, nor a member of the statutory body, nor a member of the supervisory body nor the prosecutor, who was convicted of the offense of corruption, a criminal act of damaging the financial interests of the European Communities, a crime of legalization of crime, establishment, formation and support of the criminal group, criminal offense of establishment, or terrorist group support, terrorist offense and some forms of terrorism, the crime of trafficking in human beings, a criminal offense which is a criminal offense related to the conduct of an undertaking or a criminal offense in the course of a public procurement or public auction. Entrepreneur / Entrant demonstrates compliance with a documented extract from the criminal record not older than 3 months, the applicant must meet andthe condition of the provision of Act no. 91/2016 Z. z. on the criminal liability of legal persons and on the amendment of certain laws, which came into force on 1.7.2016. As a result of this legislative regulation, economic entities with the status of legal persons have been created for the purposes of proving their personal status according to - 32 par. 1 letter. a) Act on public procurement obligation to submit also a notice from rthe penalties for the person's right. 1 letter. b) the claimant / claimant has no arrears of health insurance, social insurance and old-age pension contributions in the Slovak Republic or in the status of a place of business, place of business or usual residence. Entrepreneur / Entrant demonstrates fulfillment of certified proof of health insurance and social insurance company no more than 3 monthsArticle 32 (1) c) the claimant / applicant does not have tax arrears in the Slovak Republic or in the status of the place of business, place of business or usual residence. Entrepreneur / Entrant demonstrates compliance with a certified statement of the local tax authority no more than 3 months. 1 letter. d) the acquirer / claimant was not bankrupt on his assets, is not in restructuring, is not in liquidation, nor was there a bankruptcy proceedings against it for lack of assets or canceled bankruptcy due to lack of property Entrepreneur / Procurer proves the fulfillment of a certified proof of the relevant barrel not more than 3 months. 1 letter. e) the entrant / solicitor is entitled to deliver the goods, carry out construction work or provide a service.

Interesting / Applicant proves the fulfillment by a documented documentthe right to supply goods, to perform construction works or to provide a service which corresponds to the subject of the order. 1 letter. f) the applicant / applicant has not been banned in the public procurement by a final decision in the Slovak Republic or in the status of a place of business, place of business or usual residence. Entrepreneur / Entrant demonstrates compliance with a certified statement of honor. - 32 par. 1font. g) the applicant / tenderer has not been prosecuted within three years of the proclamation or demonstrable commencement of a serious breach of an obligation in the area of protection of the environment, social law or employment law under special regulations for which he was legally sanctioned by the contracting authority and the procuring entity LICENSE. Zaujemca / Uchadzač nno confirmation shall be given to the contracting authority. - 32 par. 1 letter. h) the applicant / tenderer has not committed a serious breach of professional obligations within three years of the proclamation or demonstrable opening of the public procurement, if the contracting authority and the contracting authority can prove it. Entrepreneur / Entrepreneur does not submit to the contracting authority any confirmation.

- 33 ods.1 p-sm.-a) - the beneficiary / applicant shall prove his / her financial and economic standing:

1) The security is set at the total of 200 000 EUR. The conditions for the composition of the security are specified in more detail in the tender documents. 2) The goods will be financed from the contracting authority's own resources. Documents proving to be fulfilledie the conditions of part time replaced by the Single European Document shall be submitted to the contracting authority by the applicant under - 39 par. 6 in time and in part, designated by the contracting authority.
