Performing forest management services in the Białowieża Forest District in 2020 Białowieża and Zwierzyniec District

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, 2161 as amended: "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding, forest protection, forest fire protection, maintenance of tourist facilities and side use to be carried out in the Białowieża Forest District in 2020.

Main Site: Oblast Białowieża (forestry: Stoczek, Grudki, Podcerkiew), POLAND.

The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 settingy of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, 2161 as amended: "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest farming, forest protection, protection forest fire protection, maintenance of tourist facilities and side use to be carried out in the Białowieża Forest District in 2020.

The material scope of the contract includes the total amount of work in the fieldforest breeding, forest protection, forest fire protection, maintenance of tourist facilities and secondary use resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of Annex 3.1. size of works according to activities.

The Employer does not set specific requirements for the description of compliance with this condition of participation in the proceedings.and on Economic Activity, if separate provisions require an entry in the register or a register in order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 5 point 1 Pzp,
