Performing forest management services in the Czarnobor Forest District in 2020

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended "Act on forests") covering works in the field of breeding and protectionforest, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as tourism, education, road maintenance, field work on arranging the forest, to be carried out in the Czarnobor Forest District in 2020

The subject of the contract are services in the field of economy forest as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 onforests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended Act on forests) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as tourism, education, road maintenance, field works from forest management, to be carried out in the Czarnobor Forest District in 2020

Not applicable

The Employer does not impose specific requirements regarding the description ofthe condition of participation in the proceedings in relation to the condition regarding economic viability. The condition with regard to the financial situation will be met if the Contractor proves that he has the financial means or creditworthiness - in accordance with the order documents (SIWZ).

The procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender. Specification of the Essential Terms of the Orderthe wife will be on the website at http://bip.lasy.gov.pl/pl/bip/dg/rdlp_szczecinek/nadl_czarnobor/zamycji_publiczne Detailed information on the grounds for excluding the Contractor from the procedure and a list of statements and documents confirming compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure and no grounds for exclusion, detailed requirements regarding the bid bond - according to the documentsordering (SIWZ).

The Employer requires a deposit of:

For Package I in the amount of PLN 16, 000.00

For Package II in the amount of PLN 17, 000.00

For Package III in the amount of PLN 23, 000.00

For Package IV in the amount of PLN 13, 000.00

For Package V in the amount of PLN 38, 000.00

For Package VI in the amount of PLN 30, 000.00

For Package VII in the amount of PLN 30, 000.00

The Purchaser does not intend to conclude a framework agreement.

Zthe contracting authority does not envisage the reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings.

The contracting authority does not allow submission of variants.
