Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Bierzwnik in 2020 2021.

The object of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended "Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and loggingin nursery and seed production, to be carried out in the Bierzwnik Forest District in 2020-2021. The subject of the order is divided into 4 parts, hereinafter referred to as Packages. The procedure is conducted under an open tender pursuant to Article 10 (1) and Article 39 46 of the Act of 29 January 2004 Public Procurement Law (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843, as amended "PZP") and the actof implementing regulations to the PZP. The proceedings are conducted with the rules provided for the so-called "Reverse procedure", in accordance with the rules provided for orders with an equal value or higher than the amounts specified in the regulations issued on the basis of Article 11 (8) of the PPL.

Main Site: The area covering the forestry area of Chojnowo, Sarnopol, Przeczno, Łasko, Wygon and Radachowo.

1.OrderIn relation to orders, specify in parts 1-4 provides for the possibility of awarding contracts. supplementary measures referred to in Article 67 paragraph 1 item 6 of the PPL, within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the contract, in an amount not exceeding. 50% of the order value basic calculated separately for each part of the order 2. In order to confirm the lack of grounds for exclusion from the procedure, the Contractor shall be obliged to provide the Employer with the following statements and documents: a) statement. Contractors constituting a preliminary confirmation of compliance with the conditions for participation and no grounds for exclusion in the proceedingson the JEDZ.b form) a list of services performed and performed over the past 3 years, including their gross value, subject, dates of performance. regarding technical or professional ability in the field of experience have been carried out or are being carried out properly, d) information bank or cooperative savings bankwo-credit confirming the amount of financial resources or creditworthiness of the contractor, e) list of referrals for order processing f) list of technical devices available for order pub.g) an excerpt from the relevant register or from the central register and information on economic activity, if separate provisions require an entry in the register or register, in order to confirm the absence of grounds forkeying based on Article 24 (5) point 1 of the Public Procurement Law; h) the competent head of the tax office confirming that the contractor is not in arrears with payment of taxes, i) a certificate of the competent organizational unit of ZUS or KRUS or another document confirming that the contractor is not in arrears with payment of social security or health insurance contributions, j) information from the National Criminal Register in studentsentence referred to in Article 24 (1), items 13, 14 and 21 of the PPL and, regarding conviction for an offense against imprisonment, to the extent specified by the contracting authority pursuant to Art. 24 paragraph 5 points 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Law, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of bids, k) the contractor`s statement that he has not issued a final court judgment or the final administrative decision on arrearsand with the payment of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance contributions, or in the event of such a judgment or decision being issued, documents confirming the payment of such receivables together with any interest or fines, or the conclusion of a binding agreement on the repayment of these receivables (in relation to the condition of exclusion described in Article 24 (1) (15 of the PPL), l) educationadvising the contractor that he has not been subjected to a preventive measure prohibiting him from applying for public contracts (in relation to the conditions for exclusion described in Article 24 (1) point 22 of the PPL), freedom or a fine to the extent specified by the contracting authority pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 5 points 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Law, m) declaration of the contractor about the lack of issuing to him the final administrative decision on violation of obligations arising from the provisions of labor law, environmental protection law or social security provisions to the extent specified by the contracting authority pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 5 point 7 Public Procurement Law, n) declaration of the contractor about not being in default of paying taxes and local feesreferred to in the Act of 12 January 1991 on local taxes and fees.

4. The Employer requires a security deposit in the amount specified below for the Packages:

For Package I in the amount of PLN 85, 000,

For Package II in the amount of PLN 31, 000,

For Package III in the amount of PLN 59, 000,

For Package IV in the amount of PLN 6, 000 .

The bid security must be lodged before the bid submission deadline.
