Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Resko in 2020-2021

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended "Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, andmaintenance of tourist facilities and nursery management, to be carried out in the Resko Forest District in 2020-2021.

Main Site: Administrative area of the Resko Forest District, forestry: Pniewo, Dąbie and Orzeszkowo.

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. . 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, Pos. 2129 from late changes) including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as maintenance of tourist facilities, to be carried out in the Resko Forest District in the years 2020-2021.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of breeding and protection forest, fire protection, logging and logging, and maintenanceand tourist facilities, according to the following list:

The amount of work indicated is an estimate. The Employer may commission during the implementation of the Agreement a scope of work smaller than indicated in the ToR, however not less than 70% of the Value of the Subject of the Agreement.

The Employer does not impose specific requirements regardingof fulfilling this condition of participation in the procedure

The Employer does not set specific requirements for the description of the fulfillment of the condition of participation in the procedure in relation to the condition of economic ability. The condition with regard to the financial situation will be met if the Contractor demonstrates that he has the financial means or creditworthiness.

1) The Employer provides for the possibility of grantingspeeches referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the PZP, within 3 years from the date of the basic order. These orders will consist in the repetition of services similar to the services that are the subject of this order and will consist in the repetition of services compatible with the services that are the subject of this order. The material scope of services that are the subject of the orders, of whichthis will cover works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as maintenance of tourist facilities and nursery management, including activities indicated by nature in Annex 3 to the ToR, for which a detailed description of the performance technology is included in Annex 4 to the ToR and services similar to them. Material scope of services constitutingthe subject of the orders in question will not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this contract and they will be awarded after conducting a separate procedure for the award of a public contract under the single-source procurement procedure, if there is a need to increase the material scope of services which are the subject of the contract as a result of natural or atmospheric conditions, changes toselling wood or entrusting the Employer with new economic or public tasks, as well as in the absence of the possibility of selecting forestry contractors for objective reasons under the basic award procedures, to secure the necessary performance of works and in the case of entrusting the contractor with works constituting substitute performance in relation to the works outpother contractor.

2) The Employer requires a bid bond of the amount specified below for the Packages:

I - PLN 95, 000

II - PLN 118, 000

III - PLN 96, 000

IV - PLN 91, 000

V - PLN 24, 000

The bid bond must be paid before the deadline for submitting bids, they may be submitted in one or several of the following forms:

- money,

- bank guarantees or cooperative guarantees of savings bank- credit, except that guaranteeing the cash register is always a monetary guarantee,

- bank guarantees,

- insurance guarantees,

- guarantees granted by entities referred to in art. 6b paragraph 5 points 2 of the Act of November 9, 2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 310, as amended).

Offer of the Contractor who will not make a defectm or lodges a bid bond improperly, will be rejected from the procedure pursuant to art. 89 paragraph 1 point 7b of the Public Procurement Law

3) The Employer provides for the possibility of changing the provisions of the concluded contract in relation to the content of the offer, on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, in the event of at least one of the circumstances listed in it taking into account the conditions of their introduction in the model contract

4) The Contractor is obliged to maintain for the duration of the Subject Matter of the TPL Insurance Agreement for an amount of min:

Package I-IV - PLN 100, 000

Package V-PLN 50, 000

5) The Employer requires a performance bond to be provided by the contractor whose offer was considered the most advantageous in a given Package. The security on due performance of the contract will be 1% of the total priceresulting from the offer for a given part of the order (given Package).
