Forestry Activities in the Mining Process for the Purposes of this Public Procurement is a process involving logging, timber sorting, and timber handling mass at the landing site. Ideo professional focus on sustainable pubsforestry in such a way and to the extent that their biological diversity, resilience, production and restoration capacity, durability and ability to perform forest functions are preserved. It is a differentiated management of forests, taking into account the diverse natural, crop, farming, economic and social conditions and requirements applied in the preparation and implementation of the care program.special procedures and procedures under special regulations to eliminate the consequences of extraordinary circumstances and unforeseen damage to forests.

Forestry activities in the mining process for the purposes of this public procurement process include tree felling, timber sorting, and timber handling place. It is a differentiated management of forests, taking into account the diverse natural, crop, farming, economic and social conditions and requirements applied in the preparation and implementation of the program of concernforests and procedures under special regulations for the elimination of the consequences of extraordinary circumstances and non-predicted damage to forests.

List and short description of conditions:

- 32 para. 1 pism. a) - neither he, nor his statutory body, nor a member of the statutory body, nor a member of the supervisory body nor a procurator was lawfully denounced for the crime of corruption, the offense of detriment to the financial interests of the Europeancrime, the crime of legalization of acceptance of crime, the crime of establishing, imprisoning and supporting a criminal group, the crime of establishing, marshalling or supporting a terrorist group, the crime of terrorism and some forms of participation in terrorism, the crime of trafficking in human beings, the crime of the merits of the business or the crime of machinthe public tender and the public auction. The bidder shall submit a copy of the criminal record not older than 3 months. A physical person submits a statement from the criminal record for a person to whom a trade license is issued or other than a trade license according to specific regulations. A legal entity submits extracts from the Criminal Records Register of Prisoners, extracts from the Criminal Register for all persons who formstatutory body or members of the statutory body of the entrepreneur. 1 pism. b) - The applicant does not have arrears of health insurance premiums, social insurance and contributions to old-age pension savings in the Slovak Republic or in the state of the institution, place of business or usual residence.

The applicant shall submit a certificate from the Social Insurance Agency and the health insurance company not older than 3 months.

- 32 para. 1 pism. c) - Applicant does not have tax arrears in the Slovak Republic or in the State of the court, place of business or usual residence.

Applicant submits a certificate of the local tax office not older than 3 months. 1 pism. (d) - the applicant has not been declared bankrupt on his property, is not in restructuring, is not in liquidation, nor has bankruptcy against him;Proceedings for lack of property or bankruptcy due to lack of property. 1 pism. (e) - Applicant is entitled to deliver goods, carry out construction work or provide a service..

- 32 para. 1 pism. (f) the applicant shall not be prohibited from participating in a public contract confirmed by a final decision in the Slovak Republic or in the State of the court, place of business or habitual residence. - 32 para. 1 pism. g) - the applicant has not committed in the previous 3 years since the announcement or provable commencement of a public procurement of a serious infringementactivities in the field of environmental protection, social law or labor law pursuant to special regulations, 47) for which he was lawfully imposed a sanction, which can be proven by the contracting authority and the contracting authority.
