Timber harvest FoA Neubrandenburg

Forstamt Neubrandenburg intends to conclude a framework agreement with up to 4 contractors each Specialist for the provision of timber harvesting services for the period from 2.1.2019 to 1.1.2020.

Main Site: Leistungsort are the areas of the Forestry Office Neubrandenburg of the Landesforst M-V AoeR.

Mechanical logging and subsequent rejection of approx. 5 600 fm annually

Presentation of a copy of a trade registration or an excerpt from the commercial register. (In case of appropriate legal form), alternatively the submission of a single European self-declaration (EEE) or a certificate of EintraThe tenderer / consortium must make the following own declarations:

- that he / she has fulfilled his obligations to pay taxes, duties and insurance contributions to the statutory social security scheme / are and will continue,

- thereif the company is neither in bankruptcy nor in liquidation, or if such a proceeding has been discontinued due to a lack of assets; - there is no final conviction in the offenses listed in - 123 (1) GWB, - that the company is not convicted of a breach of - 21 Law regulating a general minimum wage with a fine of at least 2 500 EUR has been occupied and thus the conditions for an exclusion from the award of contracts under - 19 (1) and (3) MiLoG have not been met, - that neither the company nor its affiliates in connection with the activity for the company in accordance with - 21 SchwarzArbG (German Federal Criminal Law) Employment of workers with imprisonment of more than 3 months or of moneymore than 90 daily laws or a fine of at least EUR 2 500 or, under Section 6 of the AEntG, a fine of at least EUR 2 500. Criminal or fine proceedings for breach of the above-mentioned laws are not pending against me / us; - the existence of a professional or public liability insurance with a minimum cover of EUR 3 000 000for personal injury and EUR 1 000 000 for damage to property, - - As an alternative to the aforementioned declarations, the submission of a single European self-declaration (EEE) or a certificate of entry in the entrepreneur and supplier directory of a job advice center or another Praequalifizierungsnachweismo is possible, - - the client hesitates, dhe or she can provide evidence of own declarations (-45 and 48 VgV). If a bidder makes use of the aptitude loan (- 47 VgV), he must comply with this part of the suitability. - 47 VgV para. 1, the corresponding letter of commitment of the company, the suitability of which he claims to submit along with the offer. All the above-mentioned self-explanations and on requestg of the client and the corresponding proof of proof of the own declarations, the company must be submitted with the offer for the part whose suitability is claimed. This also applies to all members of a consortium (- 47VgV Abs. 4). Proof of suitability demonstrated by pre-qualification procedures or in the single European self-certificationaeration (EEE) acc. - 50 VGB are submitted, are approved by the client, as far as their content and timeliness fully meet the requirements and this is apparent without further research. If the certification / EEE does not cover all the proofs of suitability required by the client, the missing certificates / explanations must be enclosed with the offer separately.

- Information provided by dCustomers are sent by post, by telecopy, directly or electronically, - the contracting authority recommends that the company interested in the contract indicate its interest in the award procedure by e-mail (rene.schlunze@lfoa-mv.de) to the client. Only then can the contracting authority inform the potential bidders about any subsequent changes in the tender documentsmieren. The incoming expressions of interest are deleted at the end of the offer closing date, processing or disclosure of the data does not take place.
