Framework agreement on the supply and planting of forest plants

The contractor is to deliver forest plants on the basis of the framework agreement and according to individual retrieval and planting, as far as the planting is not carried out by the client's own staff.

We are looking for a (unlimited ) Number of framework contract partners. The framework clubThis agreement will be concluded with all tenderers who have submitted a formal and timely offer and have demonstrated their suitability. There is no further selection of all qualifying offers. Therefore, no additional award criteria are needed to conclude the framework agreement.

On the basis of the framework agreement, the individual contracts will be awarded as part of a so-called "mini-competition"For all forest plants supplied by the contractor, it must, if available, be certified either by the Forum Forstliche Vermehrungsgut eV (FfV) or the Certification Ring for Verifiable Forest Origin South Germany (ZueF) All the plant material supplied by the contractorAccording to the legal regulations, the originating areas of North Rhine-Westphalia must be in accordance with the regulations.

If the contractor has the obligation of planting, he accepts an application guarantee according to the detailed specifications of the tender documents.

With the offer must be submitted:

1) A current excerpt from the Professional or commercial register according to the legislation of the countryit is not more than six months old at the time the offer is submitted.

The following must be submitted with the offer:

A self-declaration (form) on financial performance (sales ), in which the total turnover of the tenderer in the last dfor the last three financial years completed, which have been achieved by the sale of self-produced forestry products and the planting of forest plants.

The following minimum requirements apply to financial performance:

The turnover recorded in the last three completed business years with the sale-from forestry plants of own production and the planting of forest plants must have amounted to at least 200, 000.00 EUR per business year.

For a consortium, the above sales data must be provided to all members of the consortium.
