Inventory of vegetation along the HTA and LV lines on the Regional Direction Enedis Lorraine

Inventory of the vegetation around the HTA and LV lines on the Regional Direction Enedis Lorraine.

The service concerns only the HTA networks and or BT operated by Enedis.

The purpose of the service is to inventory vegetation in the vicinity ofPeriodically, it is possible to progressively improve the efficiency of the inventory-work pair, ie in the first step as indicative of the order of one third of the HTA and LV network each year.

The inventory area is located in below, on both sides of the network and in the perimeter defined by the operator.

Vegetation inventories must be carried out with respect-total of the public and private rights, respecting the environment and all the rules of security necessary for the good performance of the service

List and brief description of the conditions:

Can not tender:

1) the candidates who were the object, for less than five years, a final conviction for one of the

Offenses under Articles 222-38, 222-40, 225-1, 226-13, 313-1-a 313-3, 314-1 to 314-3, 324-1 to 324-6, 413-9 to 413-12, 421-1 to 421-2-3, 2 to 421-5, in article 433-1, in paragraph 2 of article 433-2, in paragraph 8 of article 434-9, in paragraph 2 of article 434-9-1, in articles

435-3, 435-4, 435-9, 435-10, 441-1 to 441-7, 441-9, 445-1 and 450-1 of the penal code, article 1741 of the general code of taxes and articles L. 2339 -2 to L. 2339-4, L. 2339-11-1 to L. 2339-11-3 of the Defense Code and L. 317-8 of the Code of Internal Security,

2) candidates who have been the subject, for less than five years, of 'a conviction entered in bulletin n - 2 of the Criminal Record for the offenses mentioned in Articles L. 1146-1, L. 8221-1, L. 8221-3, L. 8221-5, L.

8231-1, L 8241-1, L. 8251-1 and L. 8251-2 of the Labor Code,

3) the candidatesumis has the liquidation procedure provided for in Article L. 640-1 of the Commercial Code, natural persons whose personal bankruptcy has been pronounced pursuant to Articles L. 653-1 to L. 653-8 of the same code and the persons subject to an equivalent procedure governed by

A foreign right. Candidates admitted to the judicial redress procedure instituted by theArticle L. 631-1

EN Standard Form 05 - Notices of operation special sectors 7/22 of the Commercial Code or equivalent procedure governed by a foreign right must justify that they have been authorized to continue their activities for the duration predictable market performance;

4) applicants who, on 31 December of the year preceding the year in which thee the consultation, have not subscribed to the declarations incumbent upon them in fiscal and social matters or have not paid the taxes and contributions due on that date. However, candidates who, on 31 December of the year preceding the year in which the consultation took place, had not paid the variouson that date, neither constitutes security, but which, before the date of the launching of the consultation, has, in the absence of any implementing measure by the accounting officer or the body responsible for recovery, paid those products either constitutes guarantees deemed sufficient by the accounting officer or the body responsible for recovery. Natural persons who are leaders of the righthe or de facto of a legal person who does not satisfy the conditions provided for in this paragraph may not be personally candidates for a contract; 5) candidates who, on 31 December of the year preceding the year in which it takes place the launch of the consultation, have not implemented the obligation to negotiate provided for in Article L. 2242-5 of the Labor Code and which, at the date ofwhich they bid, did not realize or committed the regularization of their situation.

To justify that it is not in one of the situations quoted in points 1) a 5) above, the candidate must produce a Declaration on honor dated and signed.

These conditions are applicable to the candidates and to each member of a grouping.

List and short description of the criteria forselection:

The tenderer must provide:

- a certificate justifying the payment of social security contributions and taxes,

a certificate from his insurer certifying that he guarantees the pecuniary consequences of the civil liability which the service provider may incur in the event of bodily injury and material causes to third parties on the occasion of benefits, object of the market as well avant after receipt of these benefits and indicating the amount and duration of this guarantee,

- a document specifying the scope of consolidation of the Group to which they belong (subsidiaries and equity participation),

- a declaration on the honor of an annual turnover of the Group of membership year 2017,

- a declaration on the honor of the annual turnover year 2017 ofthe candidate legal structure,

- a declaration on the honor of the annual turnover year 2017 of the applicant legal structure realized with ENEDIS,

- a copy of the balance sheets and profit and loss accounts with their appendices of the last three financial years closed (2015, 2016 and 2017) of the applicant legal structure.
