Supply of complete line for the production of nutritional supplements and food from grape seed cores at low temperatures

The subject of the order is the supply of complete lines for the manufacture of food supplements and food from low-temperature grape kernels, ktthe hour is a functional logical whole. This is a semiautomatic line supply where I will process grape pressings, peeling off peeling, drying, cold pressing, cold milling and packaging of the final product. The whole line must be made of stainless steel that is used in the food industry.

The subject of the orderis a supplier of 1 piece of complete line for the production of nutritional supplements and food from grape seed cores at low temperatures, including its transport, installation and spreading in the required place of delivery, as well as training of the service personnel. they must meet the conditions for the recognition of personal status as set out in - 32, parwith. 1) zak. no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment to Certain Laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), they shall be required to prove them in accordance with Section 32 2) resp. (4) to (5) of the law by submitting the most advanced forms of electronic documents and subsequently the applicant in the first place in the order will be required to produce the original documents or their certified true copies, respectively. within the meaning of - 152 zif the applicant who is registered in the list of economic entities is not obliged to submit documents in the public procurement process to prove the fulfillment of the conditions of the person's personal status according to - 32 par. 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act, in this case it is appropriate but not obligatory to submit only the data on the valid entry in the list of economic entities kept by the Office for publicstamping with the registration number or identification data on the basis of which it is possible to find it in this list. Entry in the list of entrepreneurs according to Act No. 25/2006 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of the laws in the wording of later regulations is entered in the list of economic subjects in the scope of recorded facts. Do not register facts are proven in the sense-- 32 par. 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act.
