Supply of foodstuffs for the preparation of meals at the Residence des Fontinettes, accompanied by technical assistance

The purpose of this contract is: the supply of all the foodstuffs and necessary ingredients ( excluding bread and drinks) for the preparation of meals included in the composition of the food day forr the restoration of the Residence des Fontinettes, consisting of a nursing home, a day care center and PASA and a home for disabled adults in the department of Pas de Calais (62). meals are prepared by the staff of establishments. these services are accompanied by a technical assistance mission which consists of ordering and intervention by dieticians.for the preparation of therapeutic meals and for respecting the balance of the menus, including thematic ones.

Supply of foodstuffs for the preparation of meals at the Fontinettes residence, accompanied by technical assistance.
