The person in charge of the procedure pursuant to art. 31 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, and Dr. Nevio Slaviero of the IPAB of Chiampo. The person in charge of the tender procedure and Massimiliano Berto.

The contract referred to in these regulations has been issued with determinationmination to contract no. 114 on 16.9.2019 of the secretary / director of the IPAB.

According to the combined provisions of the art. 60, paragraph 1, of the art. 71 and of the art. 79, paragraphs 1 and 2, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and s.m.i. as well as the art. 4, paragraph 1, of the ministerial decree Infrastructure and transport 2.12.2016 published on the G.U. n. 20 of 01.11.2017, it is specified that the terms of presentation of the offer areo been calculated taking into account that:

- the call for tenders was sent for publication to the Office for Official Publications of the European Union on 09.23.2019,

- the Tender Regulations are published on the profile of the customer, of the Contracting Station and on the website of the MITT (Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport) and on the ANAC platform from 09.23.2019,

- on the profile of thethe central purchasing body https://fcc.tuttogare.it/index.php, in addition to the tender regulations, the models are available for participation in the tender as well as a copy of the tender specifications,

- the competitors have immediate and constant access a complete copy of the documents referred to in the previous point.
