"Recurrent deliveries of food products: meat, meat products and fish for the needs of the Kozsz Directorate of the Municipality of Aytos" The quantities of these types of food products are estimated for the period for which the contract is awarded and the contracting authority reserves the right to increase andreduce the quantities according to the necessity of the serviced sites, commission the supply of new items and refuse delivery of items included in the appendix to the price proposal in the event of a change in the legal regulations

The deliveries are made on the basis of a request made. The frequency of delivery is as follows every Monday and Thursday from 08:00 to 10:00. The subject of the procurement includes supplies of the following types of food products: Chicken fillet - frozen - 2 600 kg; Veal Goat - frozen - 150 kg; Meat pork - frozen pure meat withoutbones - 800 kg; Meat turkey, fillet-frozen - 150 kg; Stuffed Salami "Stara Planina" or equivalent - fresh, with a specific and pleasant odor. In cuts not bigger than 0, 300 kg - 150, minced meat - 60% veal and 40% pork, according to BDS or equivalent - 1 500 kg Rabbit meat - frozen - 50 kg; Fish "HEK" (fillet) - frozen - 400 kg; Fish "Mackerel" (fillet) - frozen - 2, 500 kg

The participantsshould have a wholesale establishment for food products from the group of food products included in the subject of the order entered in the Register of Food Production and Trade Establishments which meets the requirements for the production and marketing of the offered products registered as a permanent object by the order of art. 12 of the Food Act and foreign persons should have anaccording to the law of the Member State in which they are established

Participants declare their compliance with the requirement by filling in Part IV, point A, point 2 of EEDOP

In the cases of Article 67 (5) and 6 of the Public Procurement Act shall be submitted: a certified copy of a current certificate for registration of an establishment under the Food Act, issued by the respective Regional DirectorateFood Safety, and for foreign persons - a similar document according to the legislation of the Member State in which they are established, including when the framework agreement is concluded. * * Foreign persons should submit a certificate for a registered site under Art. 12 of the Foodstuffs Act for the respective food groups upon conclusion of a contract following an intra-competitive selection.

In case the participant participates as an association / consortium, the requirement is evidenced by each member of the group / consortium who will carry out food supply activities.

In the case of subcontracting, they must meet the above requirement, according to the type and Shares of the order they will execute.

Employer does not place requirements for financial status of the student

In the procedure may participate any Bulgarian or foreign natural or legal person or their associations which meet the conditions of Art. 10, para. 1 of the PPA and the requirements of the contracting authority. For the participant, the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1, Art. 55, para. 1, items 1 and 1.4 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 3, item 8 and Art. 4 of ЗИФОДРУПДРКЛТДС and Art. 69 of the OPCONP and the conditions under Art. 107 of the ActP.

Information on the absence or existence of circumstances under Art. 54 and Art. 55 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 3, item 8 and Art. 4 of ЗИФОДРУПДРКЛТДС and Art. Article 69 of the OPCONPI is to be filled in EEDOP in Part III, Section A, B, C and D.

Pursuant to Art. 112, para. 1, item 4 of the PPA, the contracting authority will conclude with the appointed contractor a public procurement contract, provided that upon signing the contract the designated contractor submits a declarationfree text whether the circumstances under Art. 42, para. 2, item 2, Art. 59, para. 1, item 3 and Art. 66, para. 2 of the Law on Measures Against Money Laundering
