The contract involves the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of foodstuffs. This framework agreement forms the contractual framework within which individual orders for the delivery of various types of food (dry food, frozen food, dairy, ...) must be carried out.-tenderer will also offer the same conditions to the purchasers of the central purchasing body during the term of the framework agreement.
