Purchase of mineral water, wine, juices and soft drinks

Open tender for procurement Mineral water, wine, juices and soft drinks, divided into 5 lots whose total value is RON 302, 735.40, excluding VAT. Framework agreements with up to 3 econ operators will be concludedfor each batch of products (operators with the first three places) and the subsequent contracts will be concluded for two periods, as follows:

Main Site: - Str. Fulgerului nr. 1, Constanta and

Mineral Water.

The bidders will submit the DUAE (Unique European Procurement Document) to prove the qualification requirements as preliminary proof. DUAE can be descato be filled in and filed at https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/espd/filter (instructions for completing DUAE are available at www.e-licitatie.ro)

Offerants, third parties supporters and subcontractors should not be found in the situations provided for in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law 98 / 2016.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of theassumed by completing the DUAE, are to be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderers ranked on the first three places in the intermediate rankings drawn up to complete the evaluation of the tenders. These documents may be:

1) Establishing certificates for the absence of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated general budget(2) The judicial record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or of those having the power of representation, decision or decision making; control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act; 3) According to the case, the docuwhich demonstrates that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in the articles on public procurement: art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016

4) Other editing documents as appropriate

Documents will be presented in original / legalized copy / legible copy with the mention "according to the original" and translated by an authorized translator.

Documents will be filled in by the affiliate, subcontractor or third party advocate.by the affiliate tenderer and by the third party, if applicable.
