Procurement of long-term preservation foods

The open tender procedure for purchasing long-term preservation foods, divided into 41 lots, whose value total is 429 760.80 RON. Framework agreements with up to 3 economic operators will be concluded for each lot-products (the first three places) and the subsequent contracts will be concluded for two periods, as follows:

Ingredients

Tenderers will submit MUTUAL LIABILITY (Single European Procurement Document) to demonstrate qualification requirements as a preliminary proof. Bidders, third-party suppliers and subcontractors need not be to find themselves in the situations provided in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law 98 / 2016.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE follow the-to be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderers ranked on the first three places in the intermediate rankings drawn up to complete the evaluation of the tenders. 1. Contingent certificates regarding the lack of overdue debts related to the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) to momspresentation.

2. The criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the management, management or supervisory body of that economic operator, or those having the power of representation, decision or control within that entity, as evidenced by the ONCR / constitutive act. Where appropriate, documents demonstrating that-the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in the articles on public procurement: art. 166 paragraph (2), art. 167 paragraph (2), art. 171 of Law 98 / 2016.
