Procurement of Meat, Meat and Fish Recipe

Open tender for meat, meat and fish dishes, divided into 27 lots, total value is 988 527, 50 RON without VAT. Framework agreements with a maximum of 3 economic operators will be concluded for each lotof products (the first three places) and the subsequent contracts will be concluded for two periods, as follows:

Tenderers will submit MANDATORY DUAE (Unique European Procurement Document) for the demonstration of qualification requirements as a preliminary proof. Bidders, third-party suppliers and subcontractors need not to find themselves in the situations provided in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law 98 / 2016.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE urthe measa be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderers ranked on the first three places in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the tender evaluation. These

Documents can be:

1. Statutory certificates for the lack of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.)at the time of presentation. The criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the management, management or supervisory body of that economic operator, or those having the power of representation, decision or control within that entity, as evidenced by the ONCR / constitutive act. If applicable, documents demonstrating fathat the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in the articles on public procurement: art. 166 para. (2), art. 167 paragraph (2), art. 171 of Law 98 / 2016.

4. Other editing documents as appropriate.
