The subject of this public procurement is carried outnot activities related to the daily delivery of bread and snacks and periodical deliveries on orders for food products and products for the needs of kindergarten № 3 "Слънце", гр. Петрич in 2 lots, as follows:

Main Site: The place of the execution of the order is kindergarten № 3 "Sun", located in Petrich, 10, "Toma Mitov" Str.

The subject of this public procurement is carried outactivities related to the daily delivery of bread and snacks for the needs of kindergarten № 3 "Sun", including bread "White"; bread "Tipov", bread "Dobrudja"; bread whole-grain; "White" pastry with cheese / leek / pumpkin, muffin with cheese / jam / chocolate, couscous, fruit stuffed muffin, millet, yellow cheese, tartan, apple and walnut strudel, corn cake.commemorations of the given food products and products, taking into consideration the number of children attending kindergarten № 3 "Sun" and the norms for 1 child's report.

The participant should have a certificate for registration of an establishment for food production and / or trade within the meaning of Article 12, Paragraph 9 of the Foodstuffs Act, covering the groups of foodstuffs from the respective lot - When a foreign person is involved-he / she must have an equivalent document according to the law of the Member State where he / she is established.

When submitting the tender, the participant declares his / her compliance with the selection criteria by filling in Part-IV "Selection Criteria", Section A " "Entry into a relevant professional register".

Proof of fitness (capacity) to practice a professionthe participant presents a certified copy of a certificate for registration of an establishment for food production and / or trade within the meaning of Art. 12, para. 9 of the Foodstuffs Act, covering the groups of foodstuffs from the respective lot.

All the documents proving the fitness for exercise of a professional activity are presented by the selected contractor before the(Article 67 (6) of the Public Procurement Act) or upon request in the course of the procedure under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act

The Contracting Authority shall withdraw from participation in the procedure for awarding a public procurement a participant, for whom one of the reasons mentioned below, occurred before or during the processwhen:
