Supply of food products and products for the needs of kindergarten № 3 "Sun", Petrich

The subject of this public procurement is carried outnot activities related to the daily delivery of bread and snacks and periodical deliveries on orders for food products and products for the needs of kindergarten № 3 "Слънце", гр. Петрич in 2 lots, as follows:

Main Site: The place of the execution of the order is kindergarten № 3 "Sun", located in Petrich, 10, "Toma Mitov" Str.

The subject of this public procurement is carried outactivities related to the daily delivery of bread and snacks for the needs of kindergarten № 3 "Sun", including bread "White"; bread "Tipov", bread "Dobrudja"; bread whole-grain; "White" pastry with cheese / leek / pumpkin, muffin with cheese / jam / chocolate, couscous, fruit stuffed muffin, millet, yellow cheese, tartan, apple and walnut strudel, corn cake.commemorations of the given food products and products, taking into consideration the number of children attending kindergarten № 3 "Sun" and the norms for 1 child's report.

The participant should have a certificate for registration of an establishment for food production and / or trade within the meaning of Article 12, Paragraph 9 of the Foodstuffs Act, covering the groups of foodstuffs from the respective lot - When a foreign person is involved-he / she must have an equivalent document according to the law of the Member State where he / she is established.

When submitting the tender, the participant declares his / her compliance with the selection criteria by filling in Part-IV "Selection Criteria", Section A " "Entry into a relevant professional register".

Proof of fitness (capacity) to practice a professionthe participant presents a certified copy of a certificate for registration of an establishment for food production and / or trade within the meaning of Art. 12, para. 9 of the Foodstuffs Act, covering the groups of foodstuffs from the respective lot.

All the documents proving the fitness for exercise of a professional activity are presented by the selected contractor before the(Article 67 (6) of the Public Procurement Act) or upon request in the course of the procedure under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act

Not Required.

The Contracting Authority shall withdraw from participation in the procedure for awarding a public procurement a participant, for whom one of the reasons mentioned below, occurred before or during the processwhen:

1. has been convicted by a judgment which has entered into force, unless he is rehabilitated, for a crime under Art. 108a, Art. 159a 159d, Art. 172, Art. 192a, Art. 194 217, Art. 219 252, Art. 253 260, Art. 301 307, Art. 321, 321a and Art. 352 353e of NK; has been convicted by a judgment which has the force of res judicata unless he is rehabilitated for an offense similar to the offense referred to in paragraph 1 to another Member State or a third country; has obligations hbut taxes and compulsory social security contributions within the meaning of Art. 162, para. 2, item 1 of the TSPC and the interest thereon to the State or to the municipality of the registered office of the contracting entity and of the participant or similar obligations established by an act of a competent authority under the legislation of the state where the participant is established, deferred, deferred or collateralized liabilities, orand the obligation is by an act which has not entered into force; has been found to: a) have submitted a false document related to the verification of the absence of grounds for removal or fulfillment of the selection criteria; b) failed to provide the required information related to the verification of the lack of grounds for removal or enforcement of the selection criteria; has been found by enteringforce penalty decree or court decision, violation of Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 118, Art. 128, Art. 228, para. 3, Art. 245 and Art. 301 305 of the Labor Code or Art. 13 para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act or similar obligations established by an act of a competent authority under the legislation of the state in which the participant is established; it isthere is a conflict of interest that can not be eliminated.

The assignor removes from the procedure:

1. a participant who does not meet the selection criteria set or fails to fulfill another condition specified in the contract notice or in the documentation; a tenderer who has submitted a tender that does not meet the pre-announced terms of the contract; a participant who is a presenteran offer that does not comply with environmental and social and labor law rules and requirements, applicable collective agreements and / or international environmental, social and labor law provisions listed in Annex 10 of the Public Procurement Act orders; a participant who has not submitted the justification under Art. 72, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act or whose offer does not-was adopted in accordance with Art. 72, para. 3 5 of the Public Procurement Act; participants who are related parties within the meaning of - 2, item 45 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Public Procurement Act; a participant who is registered in a jurisdiction with preferential tax treatment or is controlled by a person who is registered in a preferential tax jurisdiction or participates in a civil partnership / consortium in which a company registered injurisdiction under the preferential tax regime (according to Article 3, item 8 of ZIFODRUPDCLCLDS), unless one of the exceptions under Art. 4 of the ZPHODRUDPDKLDS; a participant who has been found to have an exception under Art. 4 of ЗИФОДРУПДРКЛДДС (according to Article 5, paragraph 1, item 3, letter "a" of ЗИФОДРЮПДРКДДС); 8. A participant in respect of whom there is any ofthose referred to in Art. 69. If a participant in a procedure is an association which is not a legal entity, it must submit a document with the content specified in Art. 37, para. 4 of the PPP
