Proof:

On the grounds of Art.67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act before the conclusion of the public procurement contract, the contracting authority shall require the participant designated as a contractor to prove the circumstances declared in EEDOP by presenting a copy certified by the participant of a certificate for registration of an object under Article 12 of the Foodstuffs Act or equivalent; for a foreign person - analogous registration, respectively. entry, in a similar professionregistration in accordance with the law of the Member State in which the participant is established ..

The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements on the economic and financial standing of the participants. The Contracting Authority shall withdraw from participation in a procedure for awarding a public procurement a participant, for whom there are circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1, items 1-7 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 and item 4 of the Public Procurement Act. A participant, for a chorethere are grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and the circumstances specified by the Assignor under Art. 55, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act has the right to provide evidence that he has taken measures to ensure his / her reliability, despite the appropriate justification for removal. Where the participant is a grouping that is not a registered legal personthen a copy of a document showing the legal basis for the formation of the consortium and the following information in relation to the particular procurement: - the rights and obligations of the members of the grouping, - the award of joint and several liability for performance of the public procurement contract, - the activities that each member of the group will performChanges in the composition of the grouping are not allowed after the deadline for submitting the tender. Where there is no provision in the consortium agreement to guarantee the fulfillment of the above conditions, or the composition of the grouping has changed since the bid was submitted, the participant will be removed from participation in the award procedure of this contract. When Participanthas not indicated that it will use the capacity of third parties to demonstrate compliance with the selection criteria or that it will use subcontractors, each of these individuals shall be provided with a separate EEDOP containing the information on the lack of justification for rectification and compliance with the selection criteria

5. In the case of unions that are not legal entities, the compliance with the sub-criteria criteriaq is evidenced by the participating grouping and not by each of the persons included in it, except for the respective registration, presentation of a certificate or other condition necessary for the execution of the contract, according to the requirements of a normative or administrative act and according to the distribution of the participation of persons in carrying out the activities provided for in the contract establishing the grouping.
