The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the supply of food products for the needs of the social and children's establishments in Bregovo municipality, including the "Lunch Lunch" project, funded under a procedure"Main Day": The territory of the municipality of Bregovo, Vidin district, to the ex-warehouse bases of the indicated in the Technical specification of the present documentation objects. The subject of this order is the supply of food products for the needs of the social and children'srestaurants and bars in the Municipality of Bregovo and "Provision of Hot Lunch" for 11 lots The separate item and the products included in it are described in detail in the technical specification of the present documentation The quantities of products described are estimated and do not involve the contracting authority with their full absorption upon conclusion of the contract

The requirement applies to all participants in the procedure, regardless of the lot in which it participates - For participation in more than 1 lot, the requirement applies cumulatively to groupsantiviral products. The site may be one but with a registration for trading with the different groups of food products.

Prior to the conclusion of a contract, the participant selected as contractor shall provide evidence of the above-mentioned circumstances in the form of: a) a valid certificate of registration of the site pursuant to Article 12 The Food Law issued by the State Forestry Directorate for the location of the site with a period of validity not shorter than the time limitof the public procurement contract; (b) for proof of the use of the site it is necessary to present a document of ownership, a lease, a preliminary contract for purchase or rent, others.
