The products and their packaging must meet the requirements specified in the technical documentation. The participant must hold a certificate of registration under Art. 12 of the Foodstuffs Act of Food Production and / or Trade with the scope of the registration, including all food groups of the subject of the contract for which it submits, -issued by the relevant District Food Safety Authority (DFS) and for a non-resident participant - to be registered in a similar register under the legislation of the Member State in which it is established. The participant should indicate the information in Part IV "Selection Criteria", point A "Fitness", point 1 of EEDOP. Prior to concluding a contract, the participant designated as contractor shall followand shall submit a certified copy of a valid registration certificate under Art. 12 of the Food Law, and if it is a foreign person direct delivering foodstuffs on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria from other Member States and / or an equivalent (analogous) document from the competent authority of the Member State certifying the authorized activity (production and / or food trade), including groupsthey feed from the subject matter of the contract for which the participant is designated as contractor. 67, para. 5 of the PPA, the contracting authority may require the participants at any time to submit all or part of the documents proving the information stated in the EEDOP when it is necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure.-and the financial standing of the participants in this tender.
