Indication of the means of appeal: the present call for tenders can be contested within 10 days following its publication by way of appeal address to the prefet from Biel, Castle, Hauptstrasse 6, 2560 Nidau. It must be drafted in duplicate, sign and contain the conclusions, the indication of the facts as well as the available evidence.
