EU supply of beverages to the Absalon University of Applied Sciences

The professional school of Absalon offers its purchases of beverages, including soft drinks, 0l and water, etc.

ProfeSsionsh-jskolen Absalon currently offers students, staff and other visitors access to k0b of beverages. A wide range of soft drinks and a smaller selection of 0l are offered today. Professionsh-jskolen wishes to continue to offer the professions college students access to a wide selection in the form of soft drinks, 0l and water.

A framework agreement is hereby offered in which the scope ofThe tenderer is required to submit a completed version of the Single European Publication Document (ESPD) together with the offer. The tenderer must submit the requested selection to the professions. Safer bidders are based on the capacity of other entities or form an association of companies (consortia), more ESPDs must be handed over, -cf. the specifications. The ESPD is a self-declaration that serves as proof that the tenderer fulfills the criteria of exclusion, suitability and selection.

The tenderer is encouraged to address any uncertainties and uncertainties clarified by asking questions about the offer .

All questions must be set in TenderKonnect by clicking on the icon"" under "Sp0rgsmal". Then the dialog box with reference and questionnaire is filled out. By clicking on "Send", the questionnaire will be sent to the Contractor.

Common European Procurement Document (ESPD): - The tenderer must send, as part of the tender, a completed European Common Procurement Document (ESPD), where the requested information, cf. Section 2.1.2 must be disclosed. The ESPD is a self-declaration that serves as preliminary evidence that the Tenderer meets the criteria with himview of exclusion, suitability and selection. This information must be verified later, cf. section 2.3.

These ESPDs may also be submitted as filled in Appendix 1 ESPD (XML) cf. 2.1.1, and delivered as part of the offer in TenderKonnect under "My Documents." The contracting entity reserves the right to request the Offeror to confirm that the same legal entity's participation in multiple offers does not allow for mutually interfering with contentone of the different tenderers' offers, including the absence of practices that could threaten transparency and distort competition between tenderers. If this can not be satisfied, the Contractor reserves the right to reject such tenderers.
