Framework Agreement, Flowers and Potted Plants

Reference Number : 19/03129

The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for the procurement and delivery of flowers.

The total estimated contract value in the agreement period is approx. 3 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. The value is based on historical procurement.

A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer for the assignment. The framework agreement period is 2 years. The contracting authority shall have the option for prolonging the framework agreement for a further 1 + 1 year, for a total of 4 years.

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

The tenderer must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT).

Tenderers shall be credit worthy and have a rating score equivalent to `credit worthy` or better in accordance with Bisnode`s assessment or equivalent score from a different credit information company.
