CPV Description: Maintenance and repair of vehicles of the Municipality and supply of spare parts for the years 2018 - 2019. The tender relates to the maintenance and repair of vehicles and machinery for a period of one year and concerns repairs and the supply of spare parts, which is necessary for the proper functioning of theof vehicles and machines of our Municipality, as well as of the services of Cleanliness, Technical Works etc. It also concerns the supply of the necessary tires and their maintenance work, as well as the cleaning of the refuse trucks, according to the study of the Technical Services Division under the number P13 / 2018. Award criteria for the contract are the most advantageousthe economic point of view, on a price-only basis, which results from the discount percentage, to two decimal places, in that particular group / groups. For a valid participation in the process of concluding this contract, the participating economic operators will receive a letter of guarantee of participation of 2% per group.

Because the valuation of the works is impossible, that the damage to vehicles can not be predicted precisely, the indicative budget of this section does not include the quantities of individual works - spare parts but only the estimated total cost of each group - Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract contract, are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity, plustouch with the subject of the commission. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to the Law. 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators, installin a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries which have acceded to the EMS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or trade registers. Established fGREECE economic operators are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Materials.

Tenders shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements set out in Article 1.3 of the Declaration and in accordance with sub- 13/2018. Economic operators can bid for any (1 or more) of the groups e(including all types of vehicles - machines - motorcycles of the specific study group) or for all work groups - study supplies, but not selective, for individual vehicles - machines - motorcycles from a group of works - Provide opportunities for economic operators to offer different-discount rate for each article-work-group article for which they participate in the contest. The contractor of each team will be the lowest bidder, resulting from the discount percentage, to two decimal places, in that particular group. Bids for works and spare parts will be given as a percentage discount:

a)of the value of each work on the invoice of the present technical description and

(b) on the value of the spare parts of the company's price list obtained by the contractor. An extract of this list, containing the spare parts used in the repair, will be attached together with the contractor's invoices after the repair has been completed. This snippet will be sealed and usigned by the supplier of the contractor

Tender, which will be given for some of the group's items - part of the group quantity announced - will be rejected as unacceptable

Alternative offers or counter offers are not allowed

The association of economic operators submits a joint an offer, which is compulsorily signed electronically or by all the economic operators that make upthe association or by their duly authorized representative. In the offer, it is necessary to determine the extent and type of participation (including the distribution of remuneration among them) of each member of the association, as well as its representative / coordinator.
