Open procedure, pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, containing, as amended by art. 39 of Legislative Decree no. 56/2017, regarding the assignment to third parties of the repair service of mechanical and electric parts for vehicles up to 3.5 t. and motor vehicles of the Gfinance department provided to the Departments of the Lombardy Regional Guardia di Finanza Regional Command.

Participating Companies: provisional deposit for each individual lot, the tender offer must be accompanied, under penalty of exclusion, by a temporary guarantee, in the form of a deposit or of a surety or a circular allowance, as defined by art. 93 of the procurement code, p2% of the total amount of the single lot, to be established pursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

Contractor awarded: the stipulation of contracts, with charges borne by the successful bidder, and subject to the establishment by the same, of a definitive guarantor, equal to 10% of the total estimated value of each lot, which can be established-by a bank guarantee or a surety policy according to the forms and procedures set forth in art. 103 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18.4.2016, or by a cashier's check, which will be deposited at the cash desk of the T.L.A. Lombardia.

The payment of invoices will be made by this Department T.L.A. Lombardy of the Guardia di Finanza of Milan Middle administration officebefore bank transfer, with possible expenses to be paid by the company, within 60 days, from the date of receipt of the electronic invoice (Univocal code No. I2OB74), since this entity will have:

a. having ascertained that the contracted works / services have been properly executed, signed by the executing director,

b. have acquired autonomously the D.U.R.C.;

c. having provided, where due, according to the D.M. 18.1.2008, n. 40 to verify non-compliance, by submitting a specific request to Equitalia servizi S.p.A. through the application available on the website (www.acquistinretepa.it).

Pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 629, letter b) of the law 23.12.2014 n. 190 (2015 Stability Law), the payment of value added tax due on the transaction will be made to the Treasurydirectly from this Administration Office. In the case of the awarding of the service, the successful bidder, pursuant to Law 13.8.2010 n. 136 and D.L. 12.11.2010 n. 187, converted by law 17.12.2010 n. 217, chapter III, art. 7, must communicate to the contracting authority, on pain of absolute nullity of contracts relating to works, services and supplies, the identification details of the cdedicated currents, as well as the generalities and tax code of the persons delegated to operate on them. The company is obliged to promptly notify the administration of any further changes in the bank or postal account details. Failing this, the administration will be exonerated from any responsibility for payments made.
