The municipality of Bad Zurzach-Rietheim intends to procure an exchange vehicle for the fire brigade Bad Zurzach-Rietheim. To be used for this purpose is a standard truck chassis which is largely compatible with the existing vehicle fleet. The following key data are to be includedMainz: 5330 Bad Zurzach, Baslerstrasse 50.
The municipality of Bad Zurzach-Rietheim intends to procure an exchange vehicle for the support fire brigade Bad Zurzach-Rietheim. To be used for this purpose is a standard truck chassis which is largely compatible with the existing vehicle fleet. The following key data must be observed:
- 3 Achsiges chassis with trailing axle,
- Maximum width 2 550mm,
- Height: as low as possible,
- Maximum total weight 26 000Kg,
- cab front handlebars, 3 seats including driver,
- Anhaengervorrichtung chipper system 3 500Kg,
- engine power min 18 PS / t.

Remedies: 1.This call for tenders may be lodged with the Administrative Court of the Canton of Aargau, Obere Vorstadt 40, 5001 Aarau, within a non-extendable period of 10 days from the date of publication. The stoppage of the Frisaccording to civil procedure law does not apply. 2.The complaint must be submitted in writing and must include an application and a reason. That is, it is a) to indicate how the administrative court is to decide and b) to explain the reasons for which this other decision is required. 3.A complaint that does not meet the requirements of paragraphs 1. and 2., wed did not occur. 4.The contested invitation to tender must be indicated, all possible evidence must be specified and as far as possible settled.
